As I wandered through the grove scene after scene\u00a0unfolded before my lens, but after only an hour or so\u00a0the delicate flocking was already beginning to melt.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s always a humbling experience to walk among these stately giants &#8211; to\u00a0ponder the fact that they&#8217;ve been here long before us\u00a0and will be here long after we&#8217;re gone.
